Frequently Asked Questions

At what age can my child begin attending Mount Tabor School of the Liberal Arts?

Mount Tabor serves students from 1st grade through 12th grade. We believe that students are best served by entering first grade at six or seven years of age.

We do host a weekly co-op called Mt. Sinai for Preschool, Pre-kindergarten, and Kindergarten each week. Reach out for more information!

What are the school hours?

Our classes operate between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm. We opted for a later start to permit families adequate time in the morning for breakfast and family life without a rush.

What is the religious affiliation of the school?

We are an Orthodox Christian school, connected to St. Mary of Egypt Serbian Orthodox Church. We welcome students and families from other Christian traditions, other faiths, or of no faith, as long as they understand who we are and are willing to join us in a manner that is genuine, reflective, and respectful.
